Step1: Relaxation of Body and Mind
Try to relax your body and adjust your breathing. Try to adjust your body posture to make yourself comfortable as possible (you may sit or stand). Please take multiple deep breath and relax your body from top to bottom as you breathe. Let the body and mind be calm and peaceful.
Please put your both hands together as a sign of respect (this is optional, if the situation doesn’t allow such act, it’s completely fine too).
 
Step 2: Praying for Light of Buddha from Amitabha
I sincerely pray for Amitabha's compassionate blessing, kindly please cast a beam of light of Buddha UNTO me. All sentient beings showered in the light of Buddha shall be protected and blessed.
Once again, I sincerely pray for Amitabha's compassionate blessing, kindly please cast a LARGER beam of GENTLE light of Buddha BEFORE me.  
I would like to invite matured sentient beings to enter the light of Buddha BEFORE me to take part in the ritual of transcendence.
 
 
Step 3: Invitation for Matured Sentient Beings
All MATURED friends, foes, and karmic creditors, sixth-blood relatives, and destined sentient beings of the countless eons, please enter the light of Buddha for transcendence;
All MATURED sentient beings currently with me and following me, please enter the light of Buddha for transcendence.
All MATURED sentient beings currently inside and outside my body, both upstair and downstair, both inside and outside the house, and my surroundings, please enter the light of Buddha for transcendence.
Amitabha, Amitabha, Amitabha (to be chanted for 3 times)  
 
 
Step 4: Preaching to the Sentient Beings (Round 1)
All sentient beings who has entered the light of Buddha, I would like to inform you that your time for ultimate liberation from the vicious life-and-death circle, to obtaining eternal happiness, even the golden opportunity to achieve holy position has matured.
You are currently immersed in the light of Buddha from Amitabha.
Amitabha would like to welcome, guide and receive you to His Pure Land.
The Amitabha’s Pure Land is an amazing world like no others among the universe, all dwellings are made and adorned with precious treasures. The inhabitants in this land is blessed with infinite life span, free from the myriads of sufferings like cold, hunger, death, wars, and any other unpleasant feelings, and experience nothing but utmost joys and happiness.        
If you would like to break free from all kinds of pains and sufferings, sorrows and anxiety, to acquiring eternal happiness; if you would like to get close to Amitabha and associated Saints in the Amitabha’s Pure Land; if you would like to seek the ultimate truth of the universe to improve yourself; if you would like to enhance your ability to save and care for others. Please make your wishes known by chanting Amitabha’s holy name and Amitabha shall lead and receive you to His Pure Land.   
 
Step 5: To Guide the Sentient Beings to Make a Vow (Round 1)
All, please follow my guidance to chant as follows:
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land;
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land;
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land;
Amitabha. Amitabha, Amitabha…. (to be chanted for 10 times) 
 
 
Step 6: To Let the Sentient Beings to Ascend
All sentient beings whom bodies are floating, glowing, and empowered shall rise to the light of Buddha and follow the lead of the Buddhas & Bodhisattvas.
For those who have not yet risen, please continue to chant Amitabha’s holy name repeatedly, or to worship Amitabha in the light of Buddha to gain strength and power until one has successfully rise to the light of Buddha.
 
 
Step 7: Preaching to the Sentient Beings (Round 2)
All sentient beings who are still in the light of Buddha, upon entering the cycle of life-and-death, we all are lost children far away from our homeland. In fact, we all were high-spirited and graced at the beginning. Over time, we have gradually loss our faith and purposes, for we are succumb to greed and desires. As a result, we are confused, deluded, unenlightened by ignorance, and to endure endless sufferings in life-and-death for eternity.
Now, the ever merciful Amitabha is willing to guide every lost child to return home through the light of Buddha. Please observe carefully in the light of Buddha, your true self shall be revealed. Shall you be enlightened, please follow my lead to chant Amitabha’s holy name to return to where you truly belong which is the Amitabha’s Pure Land.
 
 
Step 8: To Guide the Sentient Beings to make a Vow (Round 2)
All sentient beings in the in the light of Buddha, please follow my lead to make a vow as follows:
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land, breaking free from all sufferings and to obtaining eternal happiness
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land, seeking the ultimate truth of universe from Amitabha and put them into practice
I would like to attain a rebirth in Amitabha’s Pure Land, enhancing my ability and wisdom to save myself and others
Amitabha. Amitabha, Amitabha…. (to be chanted for at least 10 times)
 
All sentient beings whom bodies are floating, glowing and shining, and empowered shall rise to the light of Buddha and follow the lead of the Buddhas & Bodhisattvas.
For those who have not yet risen, please chant Amitabha’s holy name sincerely with me for ten more times.

Step 9: Recital of Pure Land Mantra
Serving as a blessing, I would like to recite the  for 7 times for all sentient beings in the light of Buddha.
nā mó ā mí duō pó yè。duō tuō qié duō yè。 duō dì yè tuō。
南 无 阿 弥 多 婆 夜。哆  他  伽 多 夜。哆 地 夜 他。
ā mí lì dū  pó pí。 ā mí lì duō。 xī dān pó pí。
阿 弥 利 都 婆 毗。阿弥 利 哆  悉 耽 婆  毗。
ā mí lì duō。 pí jiā lán dì。ā mí lì duō。pí jiā lán duō。
阿弥 唎  哆。毗 迦  兰 帝。阿 弥 唎  哆。毗 迦 兰 多。
qié mí nì。qié qié nuó。zhǐ duō jiā lì。suō pó hē。
伽 弥  腻。 伽 伽 那。 枳 多 迦 利。 娑 婆 诃。

Step 10: Departure
All sentient beings in the light of Buddha, please rise and follow the lead of Buddhas & Bodhisattvas to Amitabha’s Pure Land. The last and not the least, as we are immersed in the glory and blessings of Amitabha, we all are Buddha followers, we ought to help each other to achieve ultimate salvation together.  
For those sentient beings that are left behind, please continue to chant Amitabha’s holy name and wait patiently for the next transcendence session.
  
 
Step 11: Words of Gratitude
Being grateful towards the Buddhas & Bodhisattva, Guardians of Buddhas, and the effected sentient beings.
Being grateful towards the three treasures, states, parents, and all sentient beings.
Farewell to Buddhas & Bodhisattva, all sentient beings departing for Amitabha’s Pure Land, Guardians of Buddhas, and all effected sentient beings.

Step 12: The End
Adjust your breathe, try to relax your body muscles, try to focus on your breathe, try to take 3-5 deep breaths and exhale slowly.
If you still feel uncomfortable, please take another few more deep breath and exhale slowly.
